This refund policy applies only to hosting services purchased directly from jcserver.co.in.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are applicable only for new hosting purchases made within the last 7 days.
Renewal payments, domain registrations, SSL certificates, add-ons, or setup fees are non-refundable.
If you have violated our Terms of Service, you are not eligible for a refund.

3. Process for Requesting a Refund

You must submit a refund request by contacting our support team at [support email/portal link].
Refund requests must include your invoice number, order date, and registered email ID.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

4. Exceptions

No refunds will be issued under the following conditions:
After 7 days of purchase.
If the hosting service has been used excessively, misused, or involved in policy violations.
If technical issues arise from third-party applications, user errors, or external factors beyond our control.
